Artifacts in this directory:
  cases.json          Full nested case records. Wrapper fields: generatedAt, version,
                      source, count, license, cases[].
  cases.csv           One summary row per case (id, date, institution, state, type, counts, confidence, URL).
  cards.json          Slim per-case card projection consumed by the site's export UI.
  institutions.json   Per-institution aggregation consumed by the /institutions browser.
  case/<slug>.json    Byte-exact copy of each canonical case record (the provenance download
                      linked from every case page's "Cite this case" card).

Notes:
  - Alert texts are preserved verbatim, typos and all. The per-case files and the
    cases[] array are the canonical records; nothing in them is sanitized.
  - CSV only: cells beginning with =, +, @, or a tab are prefixed with a single
    quote (') to prevent spreadsheet formula injection. JSON artifacts are never altered.
