      "verbatimText": "COMMUNITY ADVISORY\n\nTHIS COMMUNICATION IS GOING OUT ON BEHALF OF VICE PRESIDENT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, RODNEY CHATMAN\n\nOn Tuesday, December 12th, at approximately 7:05 pm, the Brown University Department of Public Safety was notified of a biased-related crime that took place on Lloyd Avenue near Hope Street. Two community members stated that person(s) unknown entered their apartment without permission and left a note that contained a biased-related threat.\n\nThe matter is under investigation by the Providence Police Department. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Providence Police Department at (401) 272-3121 or the Brown Department of Public Safety at (401) 863-3322\n\nAdditionally, remain vigilant, report any observed suspicious behavior or circumstances to Brown DPS, and lock doors and windows.",
