The student was not injured.\n\nThe suspects were described as wearing dark clothing, and fled the area on Cushing Street westbound.\n\nThe incident is under investigation by Brown University's Public Safety and Emergency Management and the Providence Police Department. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact Brown University's Public Safety and Emergency Management at 401-863-3322 or the Providence Police Department at 401-272-3121.\n\nBrown University's Public Safety and Emergency Management has increased patrols in the area.
