      "verbatimText": "The Clemson University Police Department is investigating an attempted sexual assault that was reported earlier this evening in Building A of the Core Campus construction site. The victim describes the suspect as a white male in his 30s, approximately six feet tall with an athletic build and a reddish brown goatee. The victim said the suspect is bowlegged.\n\nThe suspect was wearing blue jeans, a black and orange shirt and a yellow hard hat. The suspect was wearing brown boots with black soles and no shoelaces. He had a black smartphone with a case.\n\nThe victim stated the suspect attempted to force the victim to perform a sexual act, then fled.\n\nPolice are asking people to stay away from the area.\n\nPlease contact Clemson University Police at 864-656-2222 if you have any information regarding this incident. This investigation is ongoing.\n\nIssued in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, a federal law originally known as the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990, that mandates timely  notices to the campus community. The Clery Act is enforced by the U.S. Department of Education.",
