In addition, another Burglary involving the same individual occurred on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 7:25 p.m. at 110\nMorningside Drive.\nBoth incidents were committed by the same suspect, a male-presenting person, wearing glasses, with slim build, dark complexion, wearing a\nblack hoodie, black pants, white sneakers, with a black and blue gym bag slung across his body, and a Target tote bag in hand. The suspect\nentered 424 West 119 Street by unknown methods. They entered 110 Morningside Drive by ringing several buttons and getting buzzed in.\nNo other information is available currently. If you have any additional information about this incident, please contact the Department of Public\nSafety at 212-854-2797.\nHarm Reduction Strategies:\nDo NOT buzz people into your building if you do not know who they are.\nMake sure the doors lock behind you every time to enter or exit a building.\nStay informed about delivery statuses and estimated arrival times and try to retrieve your package in a timely manner.\nMany mail carriers (UPS, Fed Ex) have offices where you can drop-off and pick-up your packages safely. You can also arrange delivery to\npartnered local businesses, like pharmacies.\n\nDISCLAIMER: Clery Crime Alerts (Timely Warning Notifications) are distributed pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime\nStatistics Act. Columbia University is required to alert the campus community when certain crimes occur in our Clery Act defined campuses that represent a serious or\ncontinuous threat to the community.\nTo see this and other Clery Crime Alerts please visit our Public Safety website. For more information about Columbia University’s Clery Act compliance efforts, please\ncontact the Department’s Clery Act Compliance Director, Roberto A. Pineda Sanchez at rp3240@columbia.edu.",
