      "verbatimText": "Clery Crime Alert\nBurglaries\nOn Friday, October 11, 2024, between 9:02 a.m. and 9:58 p.m., two burglaries occurred at 511 West 112 Street, at the Morningside Campus.\n\nThe complainants, both Columbia University students, reported their packages missing from 511 West 112 Street. A video review shows an individual\nentering the building on October 11, 2024, at about 9:02 a.m. and using an unknown plastic card to bypass the door's lock. Once inside, the individual\nremoved several packages. Further video review shows the same individual entering 511 West 112 Street the same day at 9:58 p.m., in the same manner,\nand removing several packages without permission or authority.\n\nThe incidents were reported to Columbia University Public Safety on October 11 at 1:40 p.m. and October 14, 2024, at 11:55 a.m. If you have any additional\ninformation about these incidents, please contact the Department of Public Safety at 212 854-2797.\n\nThe suspect is described as male presenting with a light build, short dark hair, and wearing a multicolored baseball hat, torn blue jeans, a multicolored\nwinter jacket, and white sneakers.
