      "verbatimText": "Clery Crime Alert\nBurglaries\nThe Department of Public Safety has been informed of three burglaries that occurred between August 2, 2025, at\n11:47pm and August 4, 2025, at 8:08pm and 8:20pm at 521 West 111 Street, 420 West 119 Street and 500 West\n122 Street, respectively.\n  It is believed that these burglaries were all perpetrated by the same person.\nA video review shows an individual pressing intercom buttons randomly until they are let in. This technique is used\nat all three buildings.\n\nThe individual is described as male presenting, with a dark complexion, black hair and a black moustache and\nbeard. If you have any additional information about this incident, please contact Public Safety at 212-854-2797.\nSafety Tips\nDo not buzz people into a building unless you know who they are and what they are doing.\nPlease try to retrieve your package in a timely manner.\nDo not allow people to \"piggyback\" into a building with you.
