On the same day\nat around 7:48 p.m. the student checked on their e-scooter and noticed it was missing. The second\ncomplainant, a Columbia University student, similarly reported that they parked their electric bike outside\nof the Kravis Business School at around 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23. The suspect is male presenting, about\n5’9” in height, light complexioned, and weighed about 180 pounds. They had short dark hair and were\nwearing an ECKO brand red and black short sleeve hoodie, red shorts and black sneakers.
