      "verbatimText": "Timely Notification\nApril 20, 2022 - El Centro Campus\nService Number: 202200224\n\nIn compliance with the \"Timely Warning\" provisions of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998, Dallas College Police Department is giving notice of an alleged criminal action reported to have occurred on Dallas College property.\n\nReported Offense: Indecent Exposure at El Centro Campus\n\nSuspect(s):\nPossible Hispanic male, approximately 5'7\" - 5'10\", medium build, wearing a black puffy jacket with a hood covering his head, black acid-washed jeans, possible red underwear (exposed), and black tennis shoes. He was wearing a black messenger bag across the front of his chest, with a black bandana covering the lower portion of his face.\n\nAlleged Complaint:\nIndividual observed on fifth floor of Paramount Building staring into the hallway corridor window, exposing himself.\n\nSafety Precautions for the Public:\nIf suspect is located, call 911 or report any suspicious activity to campus police at (972) 860-2490. A picture of the suspect from the security camera is shown below.\n\nIt is the duty of the institution to warn of possible \"dangerous conditions\" on or near its campus in a timely manner.\n\nPlease forward this notice to your colleagues and post it on appropriate bulletin boards in your area. If you have any information that might be helpful in this investigation, contact the Dallas College Police Department by telephone at 972-860-4290 or in person.",
