      "verbatimText": "CRIME BULLETIN: SEXUAL BATTERY\n\nSunday, March 5, 2023\n\nThe Florida State University Police Department is investigating a sexual battery that occurred Sunday, March 5, 2023, at approximately 2 p.m.\n\nThe female victim stated she was attending an event in the Student Union and entered a women's restroom where she was grabbed by an unknown male who pulled her into a stall.\n\nThe subject is described as a college-aged white male, 5'10” and 190 lbs., with straight dark hair, last seen wearing a polo type shirt and a COVID-style face covering.\n\nAnyone with information about this crime is urged to contact the FSU Police Department at 850-644-1234.\n\nAll members of the community are encouraged to travel in pairs, utilize the buddy system, avoid isolated areas, and report suspicious activity immediately to police.\n\n2022\n\nNone Available\n\n2021\n\n**CRIME BULLETIN***  \n\nThe Florida State University Police Department is investigating a battery complaint that occurred Friday, June 4, 2021, at approximately 7:25 p.m. in the area of Williams Building and Dodd Hall.\n\nThe female victim was on campus running when an unknown black male followed and grabbed her in a “bear hug” from behind. The victim was able to break free of the grasp and get away from the subject. The subject fled the area in an unknown direction.\n\nThe victim was not injured in this incident.\n\nSuspect Description:\n\nBlack male, approximately 5'2\", late teenage to early 20s, slender build, short haircut, small face, and gaps between his teeth.\n\nLast Seen Wearing:\n\nWhite t-shirt, possibly with an unknown design on the chest area.\n\nUnknown color shorts/bottoms but possibly dark in color.\n\nSmall to medium size bicycle that possibly had red stripes on it.\n\nIf you have any information about this crime, please contact Investigator Justin Reed at (850) 354-1067 at the Florida State University Police Department or email jsreed@fsu.edu.\n\n2020",
