      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\nOff Campus Aggravated Assault\nIncident Date/Time: February 15, 2025 at approximately 1:45 AM\nIncident Location: Parking lot at 14th Street at Snyder Street\nIncident Description: Two people were involved in a parking dispute in an off-campus parking lot at the intersection of 14th Street and Snyder Street. Shots were fired by both parties and three people were struck by gunfire. All parties were on scene and were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. They are not affiliated with the Institute. There is no threat to the campus.\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department.
