Atlanta Police have arrested two people regarding this incident.\nClery Act Safety Alert\nOff Campus Barricaded Gunman\nIncident Date/Time: March 10, 2021, at approximately 9:05 p.m.\nIncident Location: Pine Street near Luckie Street at Centennial Place Apartments\nIncident Description: Officers with the Atlanta Police Department are in the area of Luckie and Pine Streets at Centennial Place Apartments related to a possible barricaded gunman in an apartment there. Georgia Tech Police officers are on scene assisting with maintaining a perimeter to ensure the incident does not move toward campus. The scene is contained, and the campus is safe.\nSee Something, Say Something Report any information regarding this and other criminal incidents to the Georgia Tech Police Department (GTPD) by calling 404-894-2500 or by emailing crimetips@police.gatech.edu. In addition, you can help GTPD and the community fight crime. Don’t look the other way or ignore suspicious activity.
