      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\nBurglary\nIncident Date/Time: December 18, 2025, at approximately 3:15 AM\nIncident Location: 720 Fowler Street -Chi Phi Fraternity\nIncident Description: A student returned to the Chi Phi fraternity house and found his bedroom door locked. He was able to enter his room through the window and found an unknown male in his room. The male had located the student's handgun in the room and pointed it towards the student. The student ran from the area and contacted the police. The male left the house and was last seen headed towards 4th Street and Fowler Street. There were no injuries reported.\nSuspect Description: White male, brown short hair, full beard, white hooded sweatshirt with a red shirt underneath, black pants, white socks, no shoes, may be armed with a handgun.\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Georgia Tech Police Department.
