      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\nOff Campus Armed Robbery\nIncident Date/Time: August 7, 2017, at approximately 12:20 a.m.\nIncident Location: Fourteenth Street at Tumlin Street near the House of Hookah (410 Fourteenth Street NW)\nIncident Description: The victim, who is not affiliated with the Institute, exited the House of Hookah and was approached by the suspect who had also just exited the business. The suspect pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his property. The victim complied and the suspect then drove away in a vehicle that was last seen headed east on Fourteenth Street towards State Street. There were no injuries reported. Descriptions of Suspect: Male 6’ tall Thin build Short dark hair Armed with a handgun\nSuspect Vehicle: No description available\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department.
