      "verbatimText": "On February 1, 2021 at 11:25 a.m., the Georgia Tech Police Department located and arrested the suspect in this case. He was also identified as the suspect in a shoplifting case from the Barnes and Noble in Tech Square on January 26, 2021. The suspect is not affiliated with the Institute.\nClery Act Safety Alert\nSexual Battery\nIncident Date/Time: January 31, 2021, at approximately 10:05 p.m.\nIncident Location: Habersham Building parking lot at 781 Marietta Street\nIncident Description: A student crossed Tech Parkway and entered the rear parking lot of the Habersham Building when the suspect approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. She screamed at the suspect and ran from the location. Video shows the suspect followed her from campus and was last seen walking south on Northside Drive at Marietta Street.
