      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\nArmed Robbery\nIncident Date/Time: April 19, 2025 at approximately 9:48 PM\nIncident Location: Smith and Brown Parking Lot near North Avenue and Techwood\nIncident Description: A student was attempting to buy a cell phone from a man and woman in the Smith and Brown parking lot. The man produced a handgun and stole the student's phone and cash. The suspects were last seen headed east on North Avenue towards Spring Street. The student was not injured.\nSuspect Description:\nSuspect One Black male wearing a light-colored hoodie, black pants, and a light-colored head scarf. Suspect was armed with a handgun.\nSuspect Two Black female, thin build with long waist length braids, black leggings, black long sleeve shirt, sandals and a backpack.\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Georgia Tech Police Department.
