      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\nOff Campus Carjacking\nIncident Date/Time: February 9, 2021, at approximately 9:05 p.m.\nIncident Location: Square on Fifth Parking Deck -848 Spring Street NW\nIncident Description: The victim was exiting his vehicle on the 7th floor of the Square on Fifth Parking Deck when a male approached him with a handgun and demanded the keys. The victim complied and the suspect fled the area in the victim's vehicle. The victim's vehicle was found abandoned near Northside Drive and Marietta Street and after a brief footchase the male was arrested by officers. The victim is a Georgia Tech student and was not injured.\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department.
