      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Aggravated Assault\n\nIncident Date/Time: January 24, 2020 at approximately 11:30 p.m.\n\nIncident Location: Williams Street, near Fifth Street at Tech Square\n\nIncident Description: The victim stated he was walking on Williams Street towards Fifth Street\nwhen he was approached by the suspect. He reported that the suspect displayed a handgun\nand demanded the victim's wallet. The victim gave the suspect his cell phone and told the\nsuspect he did not have a wallet. The suspect returned the victim's cell phone and told the\nvictim that the incident was a prank. The suspect was last seen walking south on Spring Street\ntowards 3rd Street. The victim is a Georgia Tech student. There were no injuries reported.\n\nDescription of Suspect (See photo below)\nBlack male\n18-20 years old\nApproximately 5'8\" tall\nWearing a black knit cap, light blue denim jacket with a white collar, dark plaid pants and white\nshoes\nArmed with a handgun\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Georgia Tech Police\nDepartment.
