      "verbatimText": "UPDATE\nThanks to the combined efforts of the Dekalb Police Department, Atlanta Police Department and\nthe Georgia Tech Police Department, the driver (22 year old female) and the suspect (13 year old\nmale) were located, questioned and charged with the armed robbery described below. The pair\nwere also charged by the Atlanta Police Department with a separate armed robbery that occurred\noff campus earlier in the day. They are not affiliated with the Institute.\n\n Clery Act Safety Alert\n Armed Robbery\n\nIncident Date/Time: February 28, 2020 at approximately 2:45 p.m.\n\nIncident Location: Fourth Street between Williams Street and Spring Street, near the Tech\nSquare Parking Deck\n\nIncident Description: The victim was walking on Fourth Street towards Williams Street when\nthe suspect approached her and displayed a handgun. The suspect demanded the victim's\nproperty and ran to a vehicle parked on Fourth Street. The vehicle was last seen headed east on\nFifth Street towards Peachtree Street. The victim is a Georgia Tech student. There were no\ninjuries reported.\n\nDescription of Suspect\nBlack male or female\n18-25 years old\nBlack hooded sweatshirt\nBlack pants\nArmed with a handgun\n\nSuspect Vehicle (see photo below)\n1998 Black Honda Civic\nGeorgia tag: RND4881\nVehicle has extensive damage to the driver's side\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Georgia Tech Police\nDepartment.
