      "verbatimText": "At approximately 9:15am, the Georgia Tech Police Department was able to locate\nand arrest the offender related to this morning's incident through the use of the\nGTPD drone. The offender is not affiliated with the Institute.\n\n Clery Act Safety Alert\n\n Burglary\n\nIncident Date/Time: December 18, 2025, at approximately 3:15 AM\n\nIncident Location: 720 Fowler Street -Chi Phi Fraternity\n\nIncident Description: A student returned to the Chi Phi fraternity house and found his\nbedroom door locked. He was able to enter his room through the window and found an\nunknown male in his room. The male had located the student's handgun in the room\nand pointed it towards the student. The student ran from the area and contacted the\npolice. The male left the house and was last seen headed towards 4th Street and\nFowler Street. There were no injuries reported.\n\nSuspect Description: White male, brown short hair, full beard, white hooded\nsweatshirt with a red shirt underneath, black pants, white socks, no shoes, may be\narmed with a handgun.\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Georgia Tech Police\nDepartment.
