      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Armed Robbery\n\nIncident Date/Time: January 23, 2018, at approximately 7:10 p.m.\n\nIncident Location: 1033 Tumlin Street, in the Home Park neighborhood\n\nIncident Description: The victim was standing in the parking lot of 1033\nTumlin Street when the two suspects approached him. Both suspects\ndisplayed a handgun and demanded the victim's property. The victim\ncomplied, and the suspects were last seen headed west on Calhoun Street in\nan unknown colored sedan. There were no injuries reported and the victim is\nnot affiliated with the Institute.\n\nDescriptions of Suspects:\n\nSuspect One\n\nMale\n\nDreadlock hairstyle\n\nBlack hooded sweatshirt\n\nArmed with a handgun\n\nSuspect Two\n\nMale\n\nWhite hooded sweatshirt\n\nArmed with a handgun\n\nSuspect Vehicle\n\nUnknown colored sedan\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta\nPolice Department.
