      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Armed Robbery\nIncident Date/Time: April 23, 2017, at approximately 10:20 p.m.\n\nIncident Location: Centennial Park North Townhomes near North Avenue Apartments\n\nIncident Description: Two students were walking north on Centennial Olympic Park Drive towards\nNorth Avenue. As they approached the gated entry to Centennial Park North Townhomes, the students\nwere approached by three suspects. One of the suspects pointed a rifle and demanded the students'\nproperty. The students complied, and the suspects were last seen headed south on Centennial Olympic\nPark Drive towards Merritts Avenue. There were no injuries reported.\n\nDescriptions of Suspects:\n\nSuspect One:\nMale\n6'2\"\nBlack hooded sweatshirt\nBlack pants\nArmed with rifle\n\nSuspects Two and Three:\nMale\n5'10\"-6'2\"\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department.
