      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Armed Robbery\nIncident Date/Time: August 7, 2017, at approximately 12:20 a.m.\n\nIncident Location: Fourteenth Street at Tumlin Street near the House of Hookah (410 Fourteenth\nStreet NW)\n\nIncident Description: The victim, who is not affiliated with the Institute, exited the House of Hookah and\nwas approached by the suspect who had also just exited the business. The suspect pointed a handgun\nat the victim and demanded his property. The victim complied and the suspect then drove away in a\nvehicle that was last seen headed east on Fourteenth Street towards State Street. There were no\ninjuries reported.\n\nDescriptions of Suspect:\nMale\n6' tall\nThin build\nShort dark hair\nArmed with a handgun\n\nSuspect Vehicle:\nNo description available\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department.
