      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Armed Robbery\n\nIncident Date/Time: November 18, 2020, at approximately 3:55 a.m.\n\nIncident Location: Peachtree Place between Spring Street and West\nPeachtree Street\n\nIncident Description: The victims stated they left Opium nightclub and were\nwalking toward their vehicle parked on Peachtree Place when they were\napproached by two suspects who were armed with rifles. The suspects\ndemanded the victims' belongings and stole their yellow Dodge Charger. The\nsuspects were last seen traveling north on West Peachtree Street towards\nTenth Street. There were no injuries reported. The victims are not affiliated\nwith the Institute.\n\nDescription of Suspects:\nTwo males\nArmed with rifles\n\nDescription of Vehicle:\n2006 Yellow Dodge Charger\nGeorgia license plate CJQ5941\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta\nPolice Department.
