      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Armed Robbery\n\nIncident Date/Time: October 30, 2018, at approximately 5:55 a.m.\n\nIncident Location: Spring Street at Biltmore Place near Technology Square\n\nIncident Description: The victims were walking on Biltmore Place when they\nwere approached by two suspects who displayed handguns and demanded\nthe victims' property. The suspects left in a vehicle driven by a third suspect\nand were last seen headed south on Spring Street. There were no injuries\nreported. The victims are not affiliated with the Institute.\n\nDescription of Suspects\nThree black males\nApproximately 17-18 years old\nWearing all black clothing\nArmed with handguns\n\nDescription of Suspect Vehicle\nBlack Chevrolet Malibu\nGeorgia license plate CHE2313\nVehicle has been reported stolen\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta\nPolice Department.
