      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Attempted Armed Robbery\n\nIncident Date/Time: December 15, 2025, at approximately 9:40 PM\n\nIncident Location: Atlantic Drive at Home Park Avenue\n\nIncident Description: A student was walking on Atlantic Drive at Home Park Avenue when two males\napproached from behind and demanded the student's belongings. One of the males displayed a handgun\nand the student dropped his belongings. The two males ran north on Atlantic Drive without taking any items.\nThey were last seen running east on 14th Street towards West Peachtree Street. There were no injuries\nreported and there are no threats to the campus.\n\nSuspect Description: Two black males, slim build, 5'5\"-5'8\" tall, dreadlocks, wearing black puffy jackets,\nblack pants and blue surgical masks. One suspect was armed with a handgun.\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department. Report any\ninformation regarding this and other criminal incidents to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS (8477).\n\nSee Something, Say Something\nReport any information regarding this and other criminal incidents to the Georgia Tech Police Department\n(GTPD) by calling 404-894-2500 or by emailing crimetips@police.gatech.edu.
