      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Carjacking\n\nIncident Date/Time: May 17, 2021 at approximately 1:00 pm\n\nIncident Location: 14th Street Antiques and Modern Home -530 Fourteenth\nStreet NW\n\nIncident Description: The victim reported that the suspect approached her in\nthe parking lot at 530 Fourteenth Street and pointed a handgun at her. The\nsuspect stole the victim's vehicle and was last seen headed west on Tenth\nStreet toward Howell Mill Road away from campus. There were no injuries\nreported. The victim is not affiliated with the Institute.\n\nDescription of Victim's Vehicle:\nBlack 2017 Audi Q7\nGeorgia License Plate: DKP147\n\nDescription of Suspect:\nBlack male\nLight complexion\nLate teens to early 20s\n5'7-5'10\" tall\nDark colored hat with green stripe\nArmed with a handgun\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta\nPolice Department.
