      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Person Armed/Theft by Deception\n\nIncident Date/Time: May 2, 2025, at approximately 2:40 PM\n\nIncident Location: I-75/85 exit ramp and Tenth Street, NW\n\nIncident Description: Officers responded to a report of a female armed with a firearm standing on the exit\nramp. According to the female, 4 males selling water on the exit ramp performed a phone app theft of money\nfrom her and ran. A second victim reported the same 4 males who were selling water stole money from his\nphone app also. The suspects were last seen running east away from the campus. No injuries were\nreported.\n\nSuspect Descriptions:\nSuspect One: Black male, late teens, short twists in hair, tan hooded sweatshirt. black jeans and white tennis\nshoes\nSuspect Two: Black male, late teens, black scarf on his head, black hooded sweatshirt with \"True Religion\"\non back, gray jeans and black shoes\nSuspect Three: Black male, late teens, brown knit cap, black hooded sweatshirt, and black jeans\nSuspect Four: Black male, late teens, black knit cap, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and red shoes\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department.
