      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Off Campus Robbery\n\nIncident Date/Time: November 23, 2022 at approximately 11:50 PM\n\nIncident Location: The Halal Guys Restaurant -95 8th Street NW\n\nIncident Description: A student was at the Halal Guys restaurant when he\nwas approached by the suspect who asked to borrow the victim's phone. The\nstudent allowed the suspect to use his phone and the suspect began to walk\naway with it. The victim attempted to take his phone back when he was struck\nby the suspect. The suspect left with the victim's phone and was last seen\nleaving the area in a dark colored sports utility vehicle headed north on\nWilliams Street towards 10th Street.\n\nSuspect Description: Heavy set male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt\n\nSuspect Vehicle Description: Dark colored sports utility vehicle\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta\nPolice Department. Report any information regarding this and other criminal\nincidents to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS (8477).\n\nSee Something, Say Something\nReport any information regarding this and other criminal incidents to the\nGeorgia Tech Police Department (GTPD) by calling 404-894-2500 or by\nemailing crimetips@police.gatech.edu.
