      "verbatimText": "**UPDATE**\n\n Clery Act Safety Alert\n On Campus Robberies\n\nUPDATE: GTPD has identified and secured warrants for Robbery by\nSudden Snatching on two juvenile offenders involved in these two\nincidents. The investigation is ongoing to identify other involved parties.\nGTPD's investigation also revealed that the juvenile suspects are wanted\nby surrounding jurisdictions for similar offenses. Further updates on\nthis case will be posted to GTPD social media accounts (@gatechpd).\n\nIncident Date/Time: August 28, 2019, at approximately 6:11 p.m. and 6:30\np.m\n\nIncident Location 1: Atlantic Drive NW at Tenth Street NW\nIncident Location 2: State Street NW between Ferst Drive NW and Tenth\nStreet NW\n\nIncident Description: The victim in incident 1 was walking on Tenth Street\nNW at the intersection of Atlantic Drive NW when a vehicle pulled up next to\nhim. Suspect 1 got out of the car, snatched the cell phone out of his hand,\nand then got back in the car, which drove away.\n\nThe victim in incident 2 stated he was walking on State Street NW between\nFerst Drive NW and Tenth State NW when suspect 2 ran up behind him,\nsnatched the cell phone out of his hand, then continued running towards\nTenth Street NW, where he got into a vehicle and drove away.\n\nBoth victims are students at the Georgia Institute of Technology.\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the\nGeorgia Tech Police Department.
