      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Safety Alert\n Robbery by Sudden Snatching\n\nIncident Date/Time: September 15, 2024, at approximately 6:30 PM\n\nIncident Location: Williams Street near North Avenue\n\nIncident Description: A witness reported three men stole the victim's wallet from his car, while stopped on\nWilliams Street near North Avenue. The victim parked his vehicle at the Varsity and ran back to the incident\nlocation where he collapsed from a possible heart attack. The victim was transported to the hospital and is\nnot affiliated with the Institute. The suspects were last seen headed east on North Avenue towards Spring\nStreet.\n\nSuspect Description: Two males wearing black clothing and one male wearing a blue shirt and black jeans.\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department. Report any\ninformation regarding this and other criminal incidents to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS (8477).\n\nSee Something, Say Something\nReport any information regarding this and other criminal incidents to the Georgia Tech Police Department\n(GTPD) by calling 404-894-2500 or by emailing crimetips@police.gatech.edu.
