      "verbatimText": "On February 1, 2021 at 11:25 a.m., the Georgia Tech Police Department\nlocated and arrested the suspect in this case. He was also identified as the\nsuspect in a shoplifting case from the Barnes and Noble in Tech Square on\nJanuary 26, 2021. The suspect is not affiliated with the Institute.\n\n Clery Act Safety Alert\n Sexual Battery\n\nIncident Date/Time: January 31, 2021, at approximately 10:05 p.m.\n\nIncident Location: Habersham Building parking lot at 781 Marietta Street\n\nIncident Description: A student crossed Tech Parkway and entered the rear\nparking lot of the Habersham Building when the suspect approached her from\nbehind and grabbed her buttocks. She screamed at the suspect and ran from\nthe location. Video shows the suspect followed her from campus and was last\nseen walking south on Northside Drive at Marietta Street. There were no\ninjuries reported.\n\nDescription of Suspect:\n\nBlack male\nAverage build\n20-30 years old\nLight green/gray Adidas backpack\nHat with red brim\nBlack hooded sweatshirt\nGray pants\nBlack high top shoes\n\nStatus of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Georgia\nTech Police Department.
