      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Timely Warning - Burglary at House 84\n\nClery Act Crime Reported: Burglary\nLocation: House 84, 84 Upper Sayre Park Road\n\nIncident Summary:\nBurglary\n\nLate in the evening of May 2, 2026, the LUPD received an emailed report that four males burglarized House 84 in the early morning hours on May 2nd. LUPD officers have been able to confirm that a burglary did take place at House 84.\n\nInitial reports indicate that four former members of the Chi Psi fraternity are responsible for this crime. While inside House 84, the four men are reported to have committed acts of theft and vandalism.\n\nHouse 84 was formerly occupied by the Chi Psi fraternity before the fraternity was terminated after allegations of Hazing were confirmed. See below for a link to more details of this investigation. This Timely Warning is being issued at this time because it has just been confirmed that a Clery Act reportable crime has been committed on campus.\n\nThe University is issuing this Clery Act Timely Warning to inform the campus community of a reported crime.\n\nBased on the information available, this incident may involve an unknown or ongoing threat to members of the campus community.
