      "verbatimText": "General Campus Notice: Vehicle Thefts\n\nSafety Bulletin - Vehicle Thefts\n\nThis Lehigh University Safety Bulletin is being sent to provide our community with additional information regarding recent vehicle thefts in the vicinity of our campus. There have been several recent thefts or attempted thefts of vehicles.\n\nOn October 23, 2023, there was an attempted vehicle theft in the 500 block of Montclair Ave. Two people forcibly gained entry into the car and were attempting to steal it when they were interrupted and fled the area. \nSee https://shorturl.at/cxAIJ for more details.\n\nOn or about October 30, 2023, a blue 2018 Ford Escape was stolen from a parking area in the 400 block of Morton Street. There is no description of the person(s) responsible for this act. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were left in the vehicle at the time of the theft.\nA photo of the vehicle can be found here: https://shorturl.at/chzN8\n\nOn or about November 11-12, 2023, a grey 2002 Honda Civic was stolen from the 500 block of Ryan Street. There is no description of the person(s) responsible for this act. See https://shorturl.at/noKZ3 for more details.\nA photo of the vehicle can be found here: https://shorturl.at/gKX34\n\nAll of these thefts are being investigated by the Bethlehem Police Department and the Lehigh County Auto Theft Task Force with the assistance of the Lehigh University Police.
