      "verbatimText": "Safety Bulletin: Students Chased By Unknown Male\n\nFour Lehigh students reported being chased by an unknown male at around 12:58 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2023. The students reported leaving Starbucks in the 500 block of East Third Street near campus and hearing a male voice yell \"Run!\". The male chased them on Fillmore Street, the Greenway, and south on Polk Street to Fourth Street. The male is described as having a medium skin tone and being at least 6' tall, possibly with facial hair.\n\nThe male was wearing dark pants and a black and white or black and tan plaid shirt. At one point, a student's slippers fell off and the male picked them up and followed them while holding the shoes and gesturing. Police recovered the slippers in the 400 block of Polk Street. He did not catch up to the students and when they entered campus and looked back, he was not there. No physical contact or assault occurred.\n\nLehigh University Police Department officers are searching the area to locate and identify the male.
