      "verbatimText": "Safety Bulletin: Suspicious Person Advisory\n\nThe Lehigh University Police Department (LUPD) asks anyone who sees the individual pictured here (https://www2.lehigh.edu/sites/www2/files/2024-02/IMG_5903.jpg) to contact LUPD Dispatch at 610-758-4200 immediately.\n\nThe 39-year-old male, Joseph C. Schultze, is a property crimes suspect and there are no known threats to personal safety at this time.\n\nSchultze is believed to have arrived at Lehigh on the afternoon of Sunday, February 4, and was last seen on campus at around 2:30 AM on Monday, February 5.
