      "verbatimText": "Clery Act Timely Warning - Threats of Violence\n\nClery Act Crime Reported: Aggravated Assault (Threats)\nLocation: Unit Block of E. Packer Ave.\n\nIncident Summary:\n\nAt approximately 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, two males driving a black 2-door BMW sedan made contact with a student in the Unit block of E. Packer Avenue, between the University Walkway and Webster Street.\n\nDuring a brief conversation, one of the males made verbal threats of violence. directed at a student. The black BMW appears to have left campus after the incident.\n\nA subsequent check of our Lehigh camera system revealed that this BMW has been on campus at least three times since April 18th.\n\nThe vehicle is a 2024 BMW M4 Competition, 2-door, matte black with black wheels. The car has a temporary New Jersey registration plate 417567V. \n\nA photo of the car can be found here:\nhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/13N3Y9zngr1mHRwNc41IqMGO2H3ROJLvN/view?usp=sharing\n\nThe Lehigh Police Department is investigating this incident and is attempting to locate the vehicle and make contact with the owner/driver. \n\nIf anyone has any additional information about this incident or observes this vehicle on or around campus, call LUPD at 610.758.4200.\n\nAnyone with information related to this incident is encouraged to contact the Lehigh University Police Department.\n\nAdditional information will be shared if it becomes available.",
