      "verbatimText": "Clery Crime Alert Assault / Fondling - LSC-North Harris On July 31, 2017 at 4:30 p.m., a female visitor reported that a male sat next to her while she was outside the Student Services Building at LSC-North Harris. The male used profane and lewd language to proposition her, then attempted to hug and kiss her. On Aug. 1, 2017, at 4:30 p.m., a female student reported that a male approached her at the Learning Center in the Academic Building, also propositioning her with profane and lewd comments. A similar incident occurred in June (but was not reported at the time of occurrence), where a male of similar description propositioned a female student. In that incident, the perpetrator hugged the student and touched her breast. The perpetrator in these instances is described as follows: • Dark Skin Black Male • Brown Eyes • Slim - Medium Build • Wearing white or beige pants, • 5'7 - 5'9 white button-down shirt • 150-175lbs • Approximately mid to late 20s • Short Black Spiked Hair • Slightly accented English If you have information about any of these events, or if you encounter someone who behaves or has behaved in this manner, contact the LSC Police Department immediately at 281-290-5911. Crime Prevention Tip: Community members are encouraged to immediately call the LSC Police Department if they are being followed or approached by individuals who show signs of suspicious behavior on campus. It is important to be aware of your surroundings. If an individual makes you uncomfortable, move to a safe public place and call the LSC Police.
