      "verbatimText": "Clery Crime Alert Fondling, LSC-Victory Center On Friday, April 12, 2019 at approximately 6:23 p.m. an early college student at LSC- Victory Center alleged to a Campus Security Authority that she has been repeatedly fondled in the stairwell of the Victory Center by a fellow male classmate. The matter is under investigation. Per Federal Clery Law, we are making notice to the community of this allegation. Crime Prevention Tip: Someone touching you without your permission is not okay. If this occurs, call the LSC Police Department immediately. Please visit the LSC Sexual Assault Prevention webpage for more information: http://www.lonestar.edu/sexual-assault.htm.
