Willingham, Chief of Police (281) 290-5911 ∙ FAX (281) 655-3713 5000 Research Forest Drive ∙ The Woodlands, Texas 77381 Clery Alert Illegal Weapons Possession / Possession of Marijuana LSC-University Park On February 15, 2018 at 11:23 AM LSC Police investigated a report of a person smoking marijuana in his vehicle. Upon investigation, the officer found the person, a LSC-student, to be in possession of a stolen firearm and several large bags of marijuana. The suspect was identified as Jesse Vigil III. He is described as follows: • Male • 21 years of age • 5'11 in height • Medium build • Black Hair / Brown Eyes Mr. Vigil was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana (Felony amount). The stolen firearm was confiscated. He has been issued a Criminal Trespass barring him from all LSC Properties. Crime Prevention Tip: Community members are encouraged to inform the LSC Police Department immediately if Jessie Vigil is seen on campus. To report crime or suspicious persons / activity, call the Lone Star College Police Department immediately at 281-290-5911.
