Willingham, Chief of Police (281) 290-5911 ∙ FAX (281) 655-3713 20515 State Highway 249 ∙ Houston, Texas 77070 Clery Crime Alert Sex Offense - Fondling, LSC- Montgomery A person reported that on Friday, October 31, 2025 at about 3:40 PM, in LSC- Montgomery Building A, they were fondled (slapped on the buttocks area) by a Hispanic male approximately 5' 6” tall, around 22 years of age, wearing a black jacket and a black cap. The subject in question advised his name was Armando Casillas. LSC Police are actively investigating the matter. If anyone has information related to this case, please contact LSC Police Dispatch at 281-290-5911. You may also email tips to LSC-Police@lonestar.edu.
