      "verbatimText": "Clery Crime Alert Sexual Offense (Fondling), LSC-North Harris A female LSC student made a report today (October 5, 2018) that allegedly on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at approximately 11:00 a.m., while on the third floor of the LSC-North Harris library, a male student (who was an acquaintance) intentionally grabbed her breast and then tried to unstrap her bra. The male student, who is a juvenile, has been identified and will be the subject of an administrative Title IX investigation as the reporting person did not wish to pursue criminal charges. Crime Prevention Tip: Someone touching you without your permission is not okay. If this occurs, call the LSC Police Department immediately.
