The male went into the stall next to her and used his cell phone under the stall to record her. As he left the stall, she recognized him as someone that has been following her from class since the spring semester began. The suspect is described as an Asian male, 5’7”, very slender build, no facial hair, black hair and brown eyes. At the time of the alleged offense he was wearing a grey sweater that had an orange stripe. LSC Police is actively investigating this crime. UPDATE: The suspect, Mr. Cam Ly (A LSC-Student) was identified, interviewed, and arrested. He has since been released from custody on bail and is awaiting his court date. Mr. Ly is currently banned from all Lone Star College properties unless given permission by the President’s Office or LSC Police. If he is seen on any campus, do not approach.
