Willingham, Chief of Police (281) 290-5911 ∙ FAX (281) 655-3713 20515 State Highway 249 ∙ Houston, Texas 77070 Clery Crime Alert - UPDATE Statutory Rape, LSC- Montgomery On Monday, April 1, 2024 an alleged statutory rape took place at LSC- Montgomery. The complainant stated that the assault occurred in Building C. The suspect was hospitalized, therefore not a threat to the community. However, he has since been released. The suspect, Michael Blevins, has been issued a criminal trespass warning for all Lone Star College Properties. Michael Terry Blevins Male Age: 22 Black hair, Brown eyes Height: 5'11”, 230lbs. Race: White Campus: LSC-Montgomery UPDATE: LSC Police arrested Michael Blevins on April 23, 2024, for sexual assault. He was booked into Montgomery County Jail with a $40,000 bond. If Blevins bonds out, he is still not allowed on any LSC property. If you see him on property, call LSC Police immediately at 281- 290-5911.
