      "verbatimText": "Timely Warning: 2 Incidents-Burglary\n\nIncident #1\n\n\tNu Delta fraternity, which is located at 460 Beacon Street, Boston was burglarized sometime on July 6, 2018 between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM.\n\n\tSummary\n\n\tA resident reported that his Playstation gaming console and controllers were stolen from his room. The contents of his backpack were dumped out on his bed and the backpack had been taken as well. Unknown how entrance was gained.\n\n\tSuspect\n\n\tThere is no suspect description at this time.\n\n\tIncident #2\n\n\tPhi Kappa Theta fraternity, which is located at 229 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston was burglarized on July 7, 2018 between approximately 3:00 AM and 3:45 AM.\n\n\tSummary\n\n\tCameras in the house captured footage of an unknown male intruder inside the house. A review showed the following: an unknown male peering through the front door of the residence, then seen walking through the dining room, and then observed walking out the back door of the residence. The intruder spent about 30 minutes inside the house. There is nothing reported missing at this time.\n\n\tThe reporting party stated that the only way into the dining room is through one of two doors or by gaining access through a window.\n\n\tSuspect\n\n\tThe unknown male intruder is observed on camera as: Male, black, approximately 5' 9\" tall, wearing black pants and a white t-shirt.\n\n\tSuggestions\n\n\tWhile victims of crimes are never to blame for criminal activity, there are some precautions that can be taken. In order to protect yourself and your belongings from theft and/or facilitate the recovery of your stolen property, MIT Police encourage you to follow these tips:\n\n\t- See Something - Say Something: Immediately notify the MIT Police at 617-253-1212 or 100 from any campus phone if you believe a crime is occurring, has occurred, or is about to occur.\n\n\t- If you are living in an MIT FSILG or other MIT housing this summer, make sure any non-MIT residents know to call the MIT Police in an emergency or to report criminal activity.\n\n\t- Always lock your doors and windows. Assure that the locks are in good working order.\n\n\t- Report all tailgaters, report suspicious people/activity.\n\n\t- Document serial numbers of your electronics and take pictures of your valuables. Keep this in a safe place to provide to the police in the event you are burglarized.\n\n\tThe MIT Police want to remind the MIT community that we are located in an urban setting and share many of the crime and safety issues that exist in any city.\n\n\tThe MIT Police are investigating these crimes and request the assistance from the MIT community.
