      "verbatimText": "October 5, 2018 - Robbery\n\nReported Offense: Friday morning around 10:35 AM a student was attempting to sell an item, which he posted on Facebook Marketplace, to an individual. The individual offered the student fake money and then attempted to pull the phone from the student's hand. When the student refused to let go of the phone, the individual punched the student's left shoulder. The student began walking away from the individual. This occurred on the sidewalk just west of Fitzwater Hall at approx. 815 N Wells St.\n\nSuspect: The suspect is described as a male, black, 5'5\" - 5'7\" and approx. 150lbs. He identified as himself as Pierre White.\n\nInvestigation: The Chicago Police Department is handling the investigation.\n\nOther Information/Safety Tips:\nAvoid selling items to unknown individuals\nAlways be aware of your surroundings\nReport suspicious activity immediately to Public Safety 312-329-4357\nIf you are confronted by an assailant, remain calm\nRemember any unique physical characteristics (scars, limps, teeth etc)\nGive up personal belongings to ensure your personal safety\nCall 9-1-1 in an emergency",
