      "verbatimText": "We are sharing the below information on behalf of the Columbus Division of Police for an incident that occurred in the off-campus area.\nOn Sunday (9/8/19), at approximately 12:30 p.m., a female Ohio State student was walking near Indianola Avenue and E. 15th Avenue when a car pulled up beside her. An unknown male driver motioned for her to get in the vehicle and then told her to get in. The female student said no and continued walking away. The driver then pulled away and drove north.\nThe vehicle is described as a white, medium-sized car with a white piece of paper on the windshield with a handwritten note that says \"Uber.\" The driver is described as a black male in his 30's with long dreadlocks, standing approximately 6'0\" and weighing 190 pounds.\nAnyone with information is encouraged to call Columbus Police at 614-645-4545.\nCrimes are never the fault of the victim.",
