The victim reported that the actor was an acquaintance.\n\nIf you find yourself in a similar situation or one in which you feel you are in danger, call a friend, a family member or the police immediately. If you have been the victim of a sexual assault and do not wish to report it to the police, you may contact Tanya Berfield, Title IX Coordinator for sexual misconduct issues, at 570-320-5228 or the Crisis Hotline anonymously at 1-800-326-8483 for help and support. You have the right to have any allegations of sexual assault investigated and adjudicated by the appropriate campus, civil and criminal authorities.
