      "verbatimText": "Sexual Assault Reported Off Campus\n\nA 20-year-old student reported she was sexually assaulted in her off-campus apartment on Vine Avenue early Saturday morning, April 26, 2014. The victim told the police she woke up and believes she had been sexually assaulted. She does not have any memory of the assault. The Williamsport Bureau of Police are investigating.\n\nStudents should be aware of dangerous situations they may encounter both on and off campus. You are encouraged to trust your instincts. If you find yourself in a similar situation or one in which you feel you are in danger, call a friend, a family member or the police immediately. If you have been the victim of a sexual assault and do not wish to report it to the police, you may contact the Crisis Hotline anonymously at 1-570-323-8167 for help and support. If you choose to call the police for help, it is your decision whether to have it investigated.",
