      "verbatimText": "Off-Campus Attempted Robbery\n\nOn Wednesday, February 12 at 1:30 p.m., a 22 year-old Penn College student reported that he was robbed inside his off-campus apartment in the 1000 block of West Fourth Street on Monday, February 10 between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. He said that he answered his door and two males forced their way into the apartment building. He said one of the suspects struck him in the head with what he believes to have been a handgun. While in the apartment the suspects asked \"where are your drugs\" and then took several ounces of marijuana, cash and his cell phone. His roommate was also in the apartment at the time and they took his cell phone as well. The suspects were described as black males in their early 20's, 6'2\" to 6'5\" in height with short hair.\n\nAnyone who may have witnessed the incident or have additional information are encouraged to contact the Penn College Police at 570-321-5555.",
